Bedwell Bayfront Park, CA

Called Great Spirit Path, the public trail is a single poem broken down into 53 verses spread over three-quarters of a mile throughout the park. Each verse is represented by a large stone sculpture based on Native American pictographs used by the artist Susan C. Dunlap.

The result is a contemplative walking path guided by the 53 poem + sculpture installations. Lund was commissioned for the work by the city of Menlo Park Between 1980 and 1985.

Many parts of the poem are visible from satellite: Latitude: 37 degrees 29 minutes 33.8 seconds N and Longitude: 122 degrees 10 minutes 13.3 seconds W. source

Healing Message ~ The Apprenticeship

Winter Solstice. The Great Conjunction.

This is a collective energy shift reading for 2020 winter Solstice. As the Sun and Mercury move into Capricorn, Saturn and Jupiter move into Aquarius – there are big energies at play for completion and beginning anew.

Saturn and Jupiter are also forming a major conjunction, meeting each other in an Air sign for the first time in hundreds of years (600+). This time meeting in Aquarius, where they haven’t been individually as planets in 11 (Saturn) and 29 years (Jupiter).

The guidance tells us that, after releasing so much this year, it’s time to start learning about our new path and the unique tools we will need in order to traverse it.

Sea Ranch Chapel

This nondenominational chapel was created to honor Kirk Ditzier, who regarded art as the intermediary between the physical and spiritual worlds. To realize his design, artist James Hubbell assembled a team of local artist sans and craftsmen led by contractor Thamby Kumaran, who specialized in hand-built structures. It was crafted from a model and sketches rather than construction plans. Rough boulders anchor the building to the earth. The roof was inspired by the shell of a sea snail. A sculpture in the landscape, the chapel stands as a curvilinear counterpoint to the right angled of most Sea Ranch architecture.
